I would like to recommend the services of Linda Kara-George to sell your house. I was trying to sell my mother’s house by myself. Why not save the commission? I found out that it was not that easy. Lots of people came to look, some even made bargain hunter type offers. I had to take time off of my job and my family and got nothing for it. When I decided to try selling with Linda, I was very surprised to see how much work she did. Linda sold it after 10 days and for more money than any of the other 3 agents said we could get. With a lull in all of the recent activity, we wanted to take a moment to thank you for your efforts and support in the sale of our home. We were fortunate to have you referred to us, and we would certainly be very confident to refer you to others.
We had spoken to other agents who worked in the area. It became clear that you understood better than they what it would take to sell our house for what we thought it was worth. Their focus was on the quantity of homes they had sold but they viewed our house more as a commodity that as a unique asset and tried to "classify" the house into a group of other houses in the area (IE, an old house). You identified instead the characteristics that made the house unique and therefore worth more to the buyer who desired those characteristics.
Your marketing strategy was well conceived and executed, with you putting in a lot of work in a short period of time to make it happen. It resulted in a number of interested buyers thus allowing us to maximize the selling price and minimize the impact on our family - very important when we have two small children! To have sold the house within six days above our asking price definitely exceceeded our expectations.
